He was highly knowledgeable, exceedingly courteous, and truly exceptional in his role. Initially, I was merely browsing, but he engaged me in a thoughtful discussion about selecting three options. He recommended the Cairo scent, which was absolutely delightful, and I am certain to return. It wasn’t just your usual sales talk; it was very personal and anecdotal, and he was definitely the first person to convince me to get any item in any store before, and that is truly remarkable!

For me, the test of a good company is how well it responds to problems. I experienced a couple of complicated issues related to a mistake at checkout, which Emilie K was committed to resolving. I also mentioned simply in passing that the gift wrapping was not up to standard and the customer service team responded in a very pro-active and genuine manner. I then received a complimentary discount code for my next purchase. That was unexpected but a very pleasant surprise. Overall, I am very satisfied with the customer service, especially because it feels sincere and not perfunctory. I have continued to shop at Penhaligon's since then, enjoying their special offers and excellent service.
