Ollie at Bicester Village was exceptional. I entered the store spontaneously to explore, having never encountered the brand before, and was warmly greeted by the outstanding Ollie. He was highly knowledgeable, exceedingly courteous, and truly exceptional in his role. Initially, I was merely browsing, but he engaged me in a thoughtful discussion about selecting three options. He recommended the Cairo scent, which was absolutely delightful, and I am certain to return. It wasn’t just your usual sales talk; it was very personal and anecdotal, and he was definitely the first person to convince me to get any item in any store before, and that is truly remarkable!
