After reporting the problem and sending the prints according to the requests of FOUR missions carried out, they came back saying that there was not enough evidence to continue. I had to insist and emphasize what they had in the prints and soon after strangely they continued without problems, but "curiously" they approved only 1 mission, and in the post I listed and showed the print of 4 missions carried out and proven.
They have always taken care of all my missed Rewards for 3 years now! They're always on top of missed Rewards Within an hour of you submitting them. They are one of the best money apps that I've known! If you don't have your issue solved within a couple of hours, it's usually less than a day except for maybe Sunday. The game has not added my rewards. I am not happy that I have to keep contacting support regarding the same game. I will say that I am happy with support. Thank you for fixing the situation. Please fix the issue. This is not the only game that is not adding my coins
I have received an offer to play Puzzles & Chaos and get emeralds in Hero War Alliance. I got 3 rewards and then rewards stopped coming despite the fact I was playing the game as usual. I have received reply from customer support that I have violated terms of service while this is obviously a lie! I feel scammed. For the second time already. First time I let it go, now I will not.ID: 4082352 and 4085384I just read the reply from tapjoy and I can hardly believe it. How come first 3 rewards met advertisers conditions and further did not?I can'???t see any explanation. No valid reason. Just another meaningless reply.
