Scum, Scam, and Borderline Gaslighting

This company not only loves to rob me of my time by not rewarding me for the tasks I've completed, but they CONSTANTLY lie to me. Their favorites are:A) Accuse me of failing requirements I have proof of completing. B) Accuse me of photoshopping proof that came from direct screenshots. C) Most recently, CLAIMING they have APPROVED my claim and will reward me. I never receive said rewards. They also add unnecessary hoops to jump through to discourage users filing claims when they've been cheated, such as making you verify an email multiple times on a SINGLE claim. Scummy, scammy, and a waste of time.

Prompt attention however the message

Prompt attention however the message says it's resolved but rewards are not indicated on game and the points have not been credited. Message says will be credited in app in "due course". Then ask for response if problem is resolved. Can't/won't answer that til rewards actually appear credited.

I contacted the support team as my rewards had not been received. The team were quick to get back in touch and helped to resolve the issue quickly

Great customer support

The customer support was polite and resolved the issue in a timely manner. They gave me a chance to submit my evidences instead of moving along without resolution to the problem. I'm grateful for their help

Promises not kept

Everything went fine. Tapjoy promised to give the missing rewards but they didn't do it! Second time this happens!

Had an issue with rewards and was

Had an issue with rewards and was unable to resolve it. Any attempt at contact for stuck in an automated response loop asking for info already provided then saying rewards were granted when they had not. Edit: You can see from their reply below Tapjoy continues to assert they have granted rewards, they have not and I will happily provide screenshots proving this. Until I can I can talk to an actual person to resolve this instead of their useless canned response bots, my one star review stands.
