Tapjoy is unable to provide service to the customers regarding the inadequate offerwall rewarding platform. This doesn't help brands that are aligned with tapjoy. If you want to advertise choose a company that doesn't piss off customers. Not to mention during the advertisements it cuts off the original video showing a duplicate advertisement of another brand at once. Which is confusing and definitely not helping either brand. HOPEFULLY TAPJOY DOESNT CHARGE CLIENTS FOR MARKETING AND ADVERTISING WHEN THEY CRAM 2 BRAND ADVERTISEMENT AT ONCE AN OVERLAY ALMOST AND ALL YOU SEE IS CHAOS AND THE "X" WHICH YOU HAVE TO CLICK TWOCE SINCE TWO ADS WERE RUNNING AT ONCE.

My problem has not been solved and my reward has not been received yet.This is my second time leaving a reviewThis time, we are targeting the problem that all games lack rewards. After numerous conversations with Offerwall (more than just this last interaction), answering requests over & over several times for each request for multiple missing rewards, I NEVER GET ANY SATISFACTION. It starts on Offerwall Chat Bot, prerecorded responses & few vague preset questions, requests for information & screenshots, @ gets requested again, ticket closes, open ticket back up because nothing was done, same requests are made, then the last question comes into the conversation "Did you make a purchase....?" [only 2 answer selections YES or NO] mostly there is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY! = TICKET CLOSED. [Sometimes they want you to verify your email, so you try to interact by email & the link sends you back to the Chat Bot] Try to communicate by email, still useless. Then there is the FAQs section Faq Form, provide the requested (same) information, still useless.The RUDEST response is being told that you violated terms of service and/or you are ineligible for the rewards! Disappointed when they say that they have given you the rewards owed & NOTHING! OH, they also tell you that you are NOT to contact anyone else (like the game support), by phone or email (doesn't make since when they contact you by email!
My experience with justplay has been great.I have earned hundreds of dollars. Any issue i had, was resolved quickly and professionally. Justplays staff are available 24/7 to resolve any problem u may have. The response time, dedication, and commitment to resolving any problems that issues you have is 10/10.
