Scam

Tried it for the Hero Wars game, followed all the steps offered for Raid Shadow Legends, they gave only some small reward for the first quest and then next ones stopped issuing, contacted support, showed all the proofs/screens and they replied I'm not eligible and additionally I somehow violated their policy. I was like wtf? Okey, noted...total scam

Rewards were never received even after

Rewards were never received even after contacting support.Also, PLEASE GET RID OF THE AI. The AI menu was horrible and not user-friendly. Most of the "conversation" only allowed you to pick between two specific options, instead of being able to describe the issue. For the few prompts which did bring up a text interface, it was nearly impossible to use. It kept closing at random times, and the email input portion was off-screen and could not be scrolled to, making it inaccessible without the use of desktop mode. At the very least, have some sort of "undo" button for the AI part, there were multiple times where I had accidentally clicked the wrong prompt/sent a message before it was complete, and could not go back to change it. PLEASE FIX THIS.

I was glad that they had helped me with

I was glad that they had helped me with my issue. The only issue I have with the device is how low it takes to get things done. For example if I have an issue with getting a reward for a offer that I had completed and I send in my issue along with the proof that says or shows the completion of my offer, I shouldnt receive another message telling me to resend the exact same information
