You say that my issue is being actively worked on in you'???re response to me, however, at no time in any way during my communication with your customer service representative have they answered a single question I'???ve asked, they have lied to me numerous times, they went from claiming to be contacting the developer of the game for verification to immediately stating that they are discussing '???the points I brought up'?? with advertisers and other parties and the shocker here is I brought up no points that had merits to discuss with anyone, my entire letter that prompted the new lie and method of delay tactic consisted of asking for Alida Hosks job title, direct supervisors name and contact information and office address where legal documents could be forwarded in the event I had decided to file any adverse action against this company and person in particular, and that was responded to with (again no shocker) absolutely nothing relevant to anything I asked or brought up and another generic statement speaking about bringing up the points I discussed with advertisers and blah blah blah, the point is this, you are obviously fostering and supporting, perhaps even training individuals to legally deny your consumers their rightful access to information and access to individuals for grievance and mediation services for the consumers you profit from, as a publicly traded company and one that does business online in the United States as per federal law protecting the rights and interests of domestic consumer rights your company must provide specific information upon requesting it, so since I can'???t get any information on you'???re site via support,And believe have me I have weeks of denied attempts at information and unresponded to questions, lots of responses but nothing remotely related to anything I had said in a previous communication or answer to even a single question or request of information. I'???ll ask here, please provide me with the job title, direct supervisor and office address where legal documents and mail may be sent for Alida Hosk an employee at Tapjoy. You may respond at your earliest convenience to my email address, please note this is my third and final attempt at requesting in a civil manner information that is legally required to be provided to me. My next communication will be certified, notarized, and served in person by civil officer, most certainly at your expense since all my previous reasonable attempts at receiving information have been met with such obvious disregard and questionable ethical standards.
