Review Time
I had a horrific interaction with Tapjoy. The task asked me to do 500 games of spades. Ok, but if I have a cap of 5 games and 60 days, that doesn't math. Moving past that, I had almost 40 games that I didn't get credit for. I messaged tapjoy and send proof of the games I didn't get credit for. They responded that my offer was accepted and I would be send the rewards in game. I waited. 12 hours. Nothing. They then told me the rewards were sent. A lie. After that, they asked me to record a video of my spades game to show my progress. When I uploaded that. They closed the ticket and said I didn't send anything. Just horrific customer service. I am now missing a major event and I wonder how Tapjoy will make it up to meUpdate: They said my reward has been sent. Nothing. They told me to check my ticket. Nothing updated there. I did NOT receive my reward and as you can see they'???re lying
What went wrong with the offer being fulfilled after I followed the rewards guidelines. I shouldn'???t have had to go through customer service to get my rewards. It was entirely enough going through the purchase process for the products in order to receive the rewards. Then I had to go through sending screenshots and proof that I completed the rewards guide lines. Thanks but no thanks never again. Reward Headache!!!!!!!!
If something is worth 1 or 2 cents - then honor the offer. When I do my part for a reward I don't screen shoot it for a penny. But your customer service expects that when the issue is brought. Those cents of unpaid rewards are adding up to dollars. They are worse then nickel and diming you. Thanks for the poor customer service and not looking into my missed earned rewards that should be clear in your system - and wasting my time. DO NOT OFFER SOMETHING UNLESS YOU CAN FULLFILL YOUR END OF THE BARGAIN!!!
