Review Time
I am happy now after a bad experience. I had to wait a few days but I received my rewards. So I have a new issue. My friend is now having the same problem that I had. I assured her that she wouldn't have the same thing happen but now she is waiting you would think that the customer service would have a way to see that the fusion cards are eligible too.
**Update** Yes they did give me one reward for passing level 200... but I opened another support ticket and was not given a new number for it. They say it has been resolved but I still haven't received my reward for passing level 300.Have contacted support 3 times and still have not received the reward but have been told that it has been reviewed and should receive it. I have closed the app and restarted it several times over several days and still no reward!
Extremely poor support and tracking systemI participated in a Tapjoy offer that required playing 10 levels per day in the game Snake Knot: Sort Puzzle Game. I followed the instructions exactly, but the system failed to track my progress correctly. I completed levels 91'???100 on time, but the reward was never given.I contacted customer support and submitted clear proof, but they replied saying I was '???ineligible for the reward'?? because the task was completed '???outside the allowed timeframe.'?? That was not true, I played fairly and within the deadline.To prove it, I even played another 10 levels (101'???110) on the following day and submitted even more detailed proof. Support then gave me only 1 reward, even though I clearly explained I was missing 10. They closed my ticket without addressing the full issue. It felt like my messages and evidence were not even properly reviewed.This was frustrating and disappointing. I spent time and effort completing the offer correctly. I hope Tapjoy improves their system and trains support staff to actually read and investigate reports properly.[UPDATE]You can see Tapjoy'???s reply to this review, right? They said they already gave me the reward for 10 levels. That'???s a LIE.In reality, they only gave me 1 reward, not 10. The other 9 are still missing, and I even showed clear proof. My progress still shows 91/100, which means only 1 level was counted.So why say it's '???resolved'???It'???s not. And no one is actually reading or understanding the support tickets either.Super disappointing. Even 1 star is too generous for this.
