Looks for any reason not to reward. Recently did 2 rewards at once (my first and last time) I had one which said to use a 15% off to get rewarded but didn't give a code to get 15% off. Obviously they did not reward. 2nd time it says rewarded but never actually gave the reward. No response from tapjoy when contacted. Update: Tapjoy responded. They stated they already awarded what they promised. They did not. Still no reward. Unlikely at this point. I'm assuming they will blame the app or something else. Don't bother with Tapjoy! I also suspect the positive reviews are BS.
The customer secrvice was great solving my issue of missing points in this case, but I have to say this could be an awesome rewards system if the issue of Tapjoy attributing my game downloads to Tapjoy and not GooglePlay could be resolved. It is frustrating to download a game and complete levels just to find out you won't be getting your rewards.
DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM. Should be straight forward to get the rewards on offer but unfortunately it was constant back and forthing between myself and Tapjoy, until they stopped responding completely. Even if you need to be patient, an acknowledgement of contact would be ideal from the offerwall conversation. Instead the offers now seem like a ponsy scheme, where you are baited and drawn into chasing the biggest rewards only to then lose out completely. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM.After seeing Tapjoys reply I am still waiting for assistance on 2 ungranted rewards via their offerwall with no resolution yet, and contact seems to have stopped yet again after they closed the other conversation, PLEASE HELP!
