I am a disabled person in a wheelchair. I had a friend suggest that I try playing this slot game and he hadany problems getting his money so I was skeptical but he assured me that the problem was fixed so I'd have no problems. Now I am hungry and sitting outside . I couldn't pay for my room or dinner. I don't even know if or when I'll receive my money. I feel like the people that are supposed to be helping us don't care.
I used tapjoy (unity rewards) to gain some currency for another game. The first tasks all got rewarded but after achieving the next level I received nothing.I claimed with support and got a message that I got declined because I violated the Advertiser policy.I asked several times what policy I did violated and never got an answer. Only automatic ai replies. Now they closed my case and I can'???t reply anymore. Bad business. If you achieve something fair you should get the reward or some clear information why not, then you could work on it. I build stronghold level 14 in time and my app is atributed. I gave proof several times of my achievement.The only reason coming to my mind is that I was travelling which I could proof.I feel cheated and can only tell other'???s: don'???t expect that you get your rewards. They won'???t even talk to you. It is a shame because tapjoy has been good. I would even continue playing the game further but not after this.
This is the 5th time i am trying to contact offerwall support for the reward that is pending, i.e. in the game AFK journey, i had purchased an esperia monthly premium gazette of price INR 1299. I was supposed to be rewarded 60,000 gems for the same. But unfortunately, even after uploading all the payment details and screenshots, transaction ID, etc. I am told everytime that the request is invalid as the photos are fake. I am still upset on the same and waiting eagerly for the reward as my payment is now non refundable and i am worried whether i will receive my reward or not.
They lucky they don't have somewhere where I could put 0 stars. This company is highway robbery. I have spent nearly over a $100 on that game where I was supposed to at least accumulate rewards up to $250. Every time they send me a reward. They shortened me by $5 plus I'm going through numerous games with them right now and they owe me at least a $100 that they have deducted from my reward. I've completed it and everything. Every time, for instance, I was playing The Game.The best of fiends I was supposed to be rewarded ninety two million coins equivalent to ninety two dollars but only receives seventy four Million coins then when oggs they keep Telling me to create another ticket or keep sending generic messages.The same thing send a screenshot I'd like to send countless screenshot even reached out To the vendor who created the game and they even confirmed it.I've passed these levels on the first And they still refuse to give me my rewardo , not you Use them especially on just play
