verification code email system did not work

At one point after uploading screenshots of the purchase, the chatbot requested my email again and said a verification code would be sent and would expire within 10 minutes. The code email never arrived even after several tries. The emails ended up coming over 8 hours later and by that point the chatbot was broken and i needed to seek further help from staff to get it unstuck. Staff was able to eventually fix the problem but the whole process took about a week

They deny the offers for no reason

They deny the offers for no reason halfway when you finish to many step, so tired of the customer support and not getting any where.

I received all rewards that were earned. I didn't realize that a new ticket was necessary for each level earned but once i did, everything went smooth. The process was courteous and fast.

They are super shady!!

WHAT GIVES IRONSOURSE???YouR formerly TAP JOY customer care team. It has closed my case yet again. Without my rewards! They screwed me out of the level.I was on and refused to pay me!!!Edit add on: Please READ TAP JOY! i have provided the requested proof three times!!!.....................................................................Including the conversation before and after conversation I d 4119693 i have provided proof not only in screenshots but by screen recordings & get shut down every stinking time. Be warned as with huge rewards, they will fight you tooth.And nail! There's got to be a gaming commission or someone to be able to report them to, i have miles of screenshots of proof how scandalous they are with your points for another game, it's freaking ridiculous! I'm personally ready to tell garden, joy. Along with the other games that I have enjoyed playing for diamonds, That tap joy is not anyone day should be doing business with .
