you closed the ticket without checking and following up whether the offer rewards were received or not. And on top of that, you guys say you have the authority to prevent someone from further getting any offers if they talk to the support again. So, I think this is a scam.
I have raised 2 cases, had two closed, reopened one and still had it closed without actioning my issue. At the start of my first case I was going to give amazing feedback due to the response time and sorting my issue only to find they did nothing
Small, inconsequential rewards worked with no issues, but once I got up to a higher tier, Tapjoy stopped rewarding. When you contact support through the offerwall or by any other means, you are put into a perpetual loop of automated responses that do not address the concern and refusal by Tapjoy to pay out what has been promised. I attempted to contact support more than a dozen times before I decided to take the time to write this review. I can only assume that the bulk of the positive reviews on here have been generated by Tapjoy in some way. There have already been FTC complaints proving that Tapjoy's dishonesty is regular practice for them. I will be taking the time to file a FTC complaint as well along with the BBB and any other place I can warn others to stay away from Tapjoy and let game developers know that utilizing Tapjoy's platform will ultimately cause them to lose customers and destroy their credibility along the way.
It seems that I have a hard time when making purchases to earn additional pocket points. I haven'???t been given the correct amount of points on two separate items.One, HeyCash for 115 points and another for 122 points. The latter as the amount still owed from a purchase at Everyday Dose. Only a partial amount awarded.Please review these two. Over all the app gets 3 stars I've been waiting for about a week I'm missing 2 rewards that come up to 14,000,000 coins the approved my rewards but never received them..... I can't talk to no one cause it's all computer no actual person that can help me I really been thinking about deleting if I don't get my rewards it's the last reward idid
I completed Castle 22 on puzzles and conquest. I invested a lot of money and time to reach it and the award was for 63,000,000 coins. I sent screenshots of proof of completion. Tapjoy just quit responding. They are one of the most fraudulent apps I've seen. Google play should be a shamed they continue to allow these scamming apps to be accessed on the play store. It shouldn't be under review. I sent all necessary screenshots showing my completion. It should have automatically updated when I completed it, just like the other ones. This is a tactic to lead me on and that's it. I have contacted you many of times.
There's not much hassle involved with the missed rewards process. That's greatly appreciated especially when other games/apps make me feel like the whole point is to NOT give me what I've earned. Tapjoy has always given me my missing rewards generally within a day or so. They also don't ask me to provide things that are very difficult if not impossible to give them.
For my last several rewards that were larger than one or 200 for watching a video there have been issues in getting it rewarded and it takes days. I received a request for more information. Based on this review, I supply those details and they were kind enough to inform me that I was, in fact, rewarded. This was never the issue. The issue was that reward used to be nearly instantaneous. Now it takes creating a case, supplying documentation and waiting on a ruling at which point you will be granted your points.
