I recently made a purchase where I was eligible for a free gift. When my order arrived the free gifts were not included. I reached out to customer service and Ella L made sure the items were being sent out within 2 days. She was very pleasant to work with and made everything so easy. Penhaligon’s customer service is top tier in my opinion!

What made my experience great was a girl called Kerry at Penhaligons Bister.From the moment of entering the shop and a beaming smile Kerry made my shopping experience a joy and delight.Kerry has a passion for Penhaligons that is in coupled with her vast knowledge. I recently ordered a fragrance and only after receiving it I realised the code for a free gift with purchase was not applied at checkout. I contacted Penhaligon’s and Sophia Z helped me by sending the free gift separately even though this could have easily been my fault!
