I recently made a purchase where I was eligible for a free gift. When my order arrived the free gifts were not included. I reached out to customer service and Ella L made sure the items were being sent out within 2 days. She was very pleasant to work with and made everything so easy. Penhaligon’s customer service is top tier in my opinion!

I love the signature fit set! The material is so soft and I love the weight of it. They’re not too heavy, just right. They feel high quality and the color is beautiful! For reference I am 5’4 and around 130 lbs and bought the S top and M bottoms. They fit great!

Steve and Matthew from Store 2 Door on behalf of furniture village were great delivering our sofa'???s, coffee table and lamp. Called me beforehand to let me know how long they would be, they carefully assembled our sofa and made sure they were working fine. Nice guys and also took all of the empty boxes away
