I needed a new strap for my Garmin Forerunner 35 as it had snapped.Ordered from the website using the winter discount which was great, and it arrived promptly for me to fix the new strap onto my Garmin watch with no issues! Includes ample screws and small screwdriver to fix the new strap. Would highly recommend this service and will use again! (If my strap breaks!)
I ordered two straps from Fitstraps for my Garmin watch. They were misrepresented on the Fitstraps website, which showed a picture of the straps with the Garmin QuickFit mechanism as well as a comment that fitting the replacement straps is "extremely simple and easy". The straps delivered did not have the QuickFit attachments and I found it impossible to attach either of them onto my watch. I reached out for help to Fitstraps but to no avail. Fitstraps then invited me to return the useless straps at my cost, which I did to their exact instructions. Fitstraps is now claiming not to have received the straps back and refusing to refund me. So I have paid for the straps plus return postage and have nothing! I would steer well away from this company.
Great delivery and price although 3 stars given as it appears the supplier for my Garmin Fenix strap has been changed as the previous strap from you was a more supple silicone rubber. The strap I now have is not made of the same material as previous and is stiffer.
I ordered a strap for a Fitbit luxe a couple of weeks ago, one side of the strap unfortunately did not stay attached. I am pleased to say my problem was rectified immediately by Andy, he sent out a replacement strap which arrived after a couple of days. The customer care I received has been 5 star. Thank you.
These straps are not the genuine article even though their website makes you think that they are. They are not fit for purpose as they will break within 2 months. Save your money and get them cheaper elsewhere. They will ignore all your correspondence and refuse to refund or replace faulty goods. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
