Review Time
My order hasn't arrived. I have emailed them 3 times now. Even replying to an email that said "we hope you're enjoying your purchase" I have had no response to any of them. Quite annoyed that this company can take your money and not deliver the things you have paid for. I put a claim in via my bank and they refunded the transaction in 10 minutes and sent me a letter about the refund given and scam/fraud. AVOID
The stylish stainless steel wrist strap for my Fitbit failed after about 9 months. I reported the problem together with a photo of the problem. The immediate response was that a replacement would be sent to arrive in the next 4 days. It arrived on the 4th day. No quibble and excellent response.
Contacted due to strap going missing in post. Great communication and replied very quickly. Sent out 2nd strap and that went astray in the post. Got back to me very quickly offering money back or replacement. Refund after 2nd one went missing and refund was very prompt. Amazing service and communication.
