Lasted less than 2 weeks

Ordered strap - delivered and fitted great but lasted less than 2 weeks! Not as flexible as genuine fitbit so just snapped on the holes!Have tried to contact them to report as per address on website and helpdesk email but they do not answer.Do not recommend.

Replacement strap for a Fitbit Inspire 2 delivered promptly. Unfortunately I needed to get a Fitbit Inspire 3 instead but the company were very helpful in offering to sort out the problem e.g. an exchange.
