Awful. Ordered x3 straps all the same size but different colours. Delivery came, only x2 straps, 1 being correct the other being a colour and size not on my order. Contacted them, fast response and apology, they confirmed the 2 that I was missing. Had to wait for another delivery. This arrived with only 1 strap and the wrong size. It was a simple order for Christmas that couldn't be full-filed by this company. Now awaiting a refund, however more annoyingly it was a Christmas present that now can't be sorted this close to Christmas.
I had some difficulty working through the variety of Fitbit connectors for charging up the battery. Why there is no one standard fitment is beyond me. But that is not the point. What was outstanding was the way in which Fitstraps responded so positively and so helpfully, keen to ensure that I was helped in every possible way. It was above and beyond the call of duty and much appreciated.
Love these Fitbit wrist straps, really comfy and fashionable. I'???m super pleased! They'???re really well made and I would say better than the real thing, so much more comfy to wear. Really amazing customer service too, can'???t fault and will definitely be ordering some other colours very soon!
