AVOID! I ordered a strap 2 weeks ago - now due (on their tracking) that it will be another 10 days to arrive. No mention that this is sent from Netherlands and thge delay in dleivery. I have a Fitbit and no strap so I cannot wear it!@!!!
Sent the wrong strap (sent a strap for a Garmin Fenix 5 rather than a 6s). Have tried multiple times to organise an exchange, but they haven'???t replied to any of my emails. Very disappointed and would recommend steering clear of this company.
Placed an order 6th Feb. Now on 8th March. Still no sign of delivery. All sale enquiry emails answered swiftly however now that I'???m chasing delivery no response from emails or Facebook. Even asked for a refund and never received any response. Had to raise a dispute via my credit card company to receive a refund. DO NOT USE, worst service I'???ve ever had with an online company.
The strap kept pinging off my wrist. To the point where my screen is now cracked on my garmin vivoactive 4s. I've had this watch for 5 years and never been close to breaking it, within 3 weeks of having the new strap my screen was broke. Very frustrating, I have emailed customer services twice now and no response. Don't bother, spend the extra pennies and buy a real garmin strap. It's going to cost me '? ?120 to get mine fixed plus a new garmin watch strap.
