Watch strap is great, looks lovely but still practical. Small issue with order at first but this was promptly dealt with by the team and customer service and response time was great. Would recommend and will definitely be purchasing again in the future!
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 sets out the rights of consumers in the UK, ensuring goods and services are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. So why is this company getting away with continually sending customers' - whose money they have taken - items which they have not ordered and/or are not as described, and refusing to rectify their fault? These thieves need investigating and prosecuting.
Excellant customer service. We had a problem with the order and Andy offered us a replacement or a full refund. I didn'???t ask. He just emailed me the offer. I wish other traders were so concerned about their reputation. Thank you very much Andy.
