My wife ordered a replacement strap for for her FitBit after a quick google search, what arrived was a chinese copy that looked similar but would not lock firmly in place to stay secure. I then found agartland and ordered a Genuine replacement which had not arrived as to me in Spain as estimated. No worries for Andy who then dispatched another to my UK address in Edinburgh which a pal who was about to visit then brought with him to Spain. Items arrived quickly but I'???ve yet to open the packs as they are marked for a charge 5 not a charge 6 which is what I ordered. I appreciate these actually may be interchangeable, however I have both replied to the order email and raised a query through the website to ask this question, and weeks later, no one has come back to me. Very disappointing customer service,
