Items arrived quickly but I'???ve yet to open the packs as they are marked for a charge 5 not a charge 6 which is what I ordered. I appreciate these actually may be interchangeable, however I have both replied to the order email and raised a query through the website to ask this question, and weeks later, no one has come back to me. Very disappointing customer service,
