Review Time
Order not sent out. No reply to emails. No phone number. Looking at the recent reviews it looks like they may have gone bust, or be about to? In about autumn last year they started sending out incorrect orders and then claiming not to receive the returns. Now people aren't receiving anything and can't contact them... I will be asking my bank if they can do a chargeback and investigate this as fraud.
Good choice of straps. Easy to order and delivered reliably through the post. Needed a new rubber one to replace the metal mesh one which was very smart, but caused serious damage to clothing cuffs as the edge of the strap is a series of hooks which catch on fabric.
Something has obviously gone very wrong with this company. Have ordered 3 times in past 3 years and only ever had a problem with one wrong strap which was replaced within a few days.Recently though I've found that after a while the restraining loops on the band frequently break off and the band keeps detaching from the watch, despite the website saying they are always safe!Went to make an order this week using reward points that had accumulated but the reward scheme is nowhere to be found on the website.Have now found another company offering a bigger range at cheaper prices so will order there in future!
