Item as described good quality and arrived quickly. The strap lengths are slightly different to the original Fitbit large is too big, too much extra band that annoys me, small is on the tight side. I buy 1 small 1 large and use a piece from each, which works well for me.
Terrible product. The Fitbit Luxe straps did not fit the watch - just fell off. The returns process is a farce. I sent back as outlined on the site. Andy (the owner) denies receiving them and on sending proof of postage three times I was sent three identical emails (a bot?) saying he'???d refer case to a '???royal mail account manager'??? that clearly doesn'???t exist as no follow up from the company nor correspondence to say what happens next. This is obviously a company selling sub standard products that will avoid refunds on returns by repeated fobbing off and then radio silence.
Actually it should be ZERO stars. like a number of other people, I made an order, payment was taken, and no delivery received. I have emailed the company a number of times, with no response. I am sad about this, I wanted to use a UK company for my fitbit straps (not a chinese one via Amazon) and I feel totally LET DOWN. Poor customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY !
Ordered two fitstraps on 11th January and haven't received anything? Easy to navigate website. Paid via apple pay and my full address didn't pull through completely. I emailed Fitstraps straight away and they responded promptly to confirm that they had manually adjusted my address and delivery arrived in a couple of days. Excellent quality of straps and service.
