Review Time
I bought a new charger for my Fitbit Sense. I made sure that I bought from a reputable company after the last charger I bought nearly caused a fire. The charger is brilliant and really fast at charging my watch. My only disappointment was that took longer than I would have like to arrive.
I received my watch strap in a timely manner & it looks fine in the pack, however I was sent the wrong colour strap.I emailed several times to ask about exchanging it for the colour I ordered, but have had no response over a week later.This means I can't use my watch as I don't have a strap & don't want to open the pack, which is frustrating.
I ordered a couple of straps recently, the colours weren't as they'd appeared on the website unfortunately so I returned them to the address specified in plenty of time, paying the return postage myself for tracked signed for.It's been delivered and signed for (royal mail photographed) by the founder (I googled him) but I keep getting weird automated emails back from him that don't answer my questions and just keep telling me to send the straps back??? So weird! Would really like my refund!
Watch strap arrived but unfortunately it was not a genuine Fitbit type and fastening so I asked if I could return it. So far strap has not reached the seller (stuck in the post somewhere) and therefore I have not been refunded
I have not received this parcel yet and it has been sent out twice it was originally shipped on 20/01/2025, then again on 03/02/2025. Update emails would be a help ie when parcel is shipped expected arrival date text on day of arrival etc. I dont think this was fitstraps fault as they are using royal mail, maybe consider using another delivery company.
