Process was relatively straightforward

Process was relatively straightforward setting up a line for my home. Time will tell how good bOnline are as I've only just arranged for the line to be set up. One issue however, the sales person Shameez provided all the details of the cost including the cost for supply of a new handset, but when I got forwarded to the verification team they advised there would be an additional cost of '? ?25 plus VAT for the phone set up and activation. This should have been pointed out during the call with Shameez.
