Review Time
Got a email saying out for delivery. Then got another one when it was supposed to be delivered, telling me it won't be delivered today. In other words your delivery driver ran out of time or effort. Would've rather received an email saying my parcel may be delivered rather than one with a timeslot then disappointment. Had to change the name from Hermes to Evri but won't escape the awfull service it always has been. 0-10 any other method of delivery preferred.
I have been in the transport industry for a number of years a number of cases in local papers that the police have stopped and prosecuting companies like you using vitals are totally unsuitable the one that was delivered to my house was an old VW Golf piled high with parcels Ali's vehicles insured correctly because they look at it it's certainly not safe to be on the road in the future whenever I order anything off the internet I will be checking who the career is on the transport
The delivery driver did not delivered my parcel to my house it got stolen where ever he left it. I do not know where he left it. These delivery driver needs to do better with customer service. Now he has let my parcel been stolen. I am a very unhappy customer. VERY BAD SERVICE
Sunday I was waiting on my parcel and watching the tracking, then suddenly has tried to deliver will tempt again the next working day. With a picture of my parcel outside my stair door. I was in they didn’t even press the stair buzzer to be let in. Today I waited until 4pm for the tracking ti be updated nothing. Then at teatime it’s got my parcel is being returned after three failed attempts to deliver my zooplus parcel, how the can they keep gettting away with this disgusting non service
