Review Time
Last parcel delivered 1 day late, latest parcel delivered 11pm and not even left at the house. Just left on the driveway in full view of anyone passing by, no attempt to leave it in a safe place. Fortunately I saw the email, purely by chance, and got out of bed to go and retrieve it.
Trying to return a parcel and all of the 2 shops I visited today with advertised printers said their printers weren't working. It would have been useful to have this information available when showing available shops so that people don't waste their time looking for shops that don't allow sending parcels. In one of the shops I was told the printer has not been functioning for a while.
Absolutely disappointed experience I had on 14th June , a parcel out for delivery. It wasn't delivered. After 14 June It was 9 days ago out for delivery. Yesterday around 22.37 the parcel was marked as delivered. But it wasn't delivered. I tried to check the proof of delivery, it's unavailable. I didn't receive notification too about out for delivery, nothing. It's a new driver in my area. He is delivered the parcels in unsafe places, ignoring the address and the instructions. There's a few parcels lost for my household in a few weeks. I contacted Evri Support but nobody replying. Disappoining service
