Frustrated. Order a fan online. Online website stated fan in stock. So ordered. Collection from store.. Acknowledgement email received indicating delivery in 2 days to store. Tried to call to cancel but call line sent me round in circles. Very frustrating.Picked up fan 2 days later.Not shopping at curry’s again .
Bought the Bosch series 4 tumble dryer.Great price , does exactly what I need.I thought I'd have trouble with the settings as I'm ( old school ) and getting up on age and digital isn't my thing, but easy enough.So I'm very happy with my purchase, thanks Curry's! 😁
Ordered on the Saturday said it was in stock, but after I had paid they said it would not be in store until the Monday. Had I known this I would have gone else where. To me in stock means it’s in the store not in some warehouse. Disappointed to say the least. Product very good, experience spoilt by them not telling the truth.
The staff member, Yeos was extremely knowledgable, and very helpful. He was super patient and gave the best impartial service I could ever ask for. The brand rep for Hisense, Mark and Raj, were very helpful. They were really patient with explaining the differences with the various systems that we viewed. The store manager was very welcoming and greeted us with a smile.
I had a washing machine delivered and paid for installation and recycling. They ripped my new flooring, and they plumbed it in wrong. My kitchen flooded and because of their mistake the man who came to fix it had his hands burnt removing the pipe from the hot input. He was another currys engineer. Shoddy workmanship. Never again!
