Communication and service level in store poor

I purchased a hoover, the product is great however the communication and service in the store was poor. I spoke to a curry’s representative at the far end of the store and ordered the product, I was told to wait a minute, almost 10 minutes later the guy came back with the hoover in a large box. I paid at a terminal the far end of the store- the purchase was complete, no one offered to help me with the large box to my car, so I ended up carrying it through the entire store and out to the car park which was a struggle.

Need to replace my iPad Pro with a new one, curry’s were great, had various gift cards and wanted to trade in my old pro, they sorted everything out for me and wiped my old one! Customer service for me has always been brilliant at curry’s!
