Driving me mad.Need 4 keyboards, pickup now but can't freaking order as the site won't accept the post code because well who knows actually I assume its because its was auto populated via chrome but thats 90% of people who will do that.It's UI basics that far to many web companies don't check. Nope even typing it in it won't accept it.Just a useless ui.10 minutes, gave up went elsewhere.
If I could give -Stars, I would do it, your customer service and the delivery "team" dosen't deserve any stars, you don't care about customers and the drivers (most of them) call the customer to let them know "they are on their way" just to close de delivery saying "to many cars" or " I don't know how to drive" but you charge customers tens of ? ? for delivery and when they call you to complain, you tell them there is no Complaint department or otherwise "we do not care about you".Very rude and cocky and so many lies, worst retail service ever...I wouldn't recomend even to my enemies
