Review Time
Missold a TV at Currys Dunfermline 24th June . Spent hours on phone with technical then had to do a return journey . Very unhelpful, no discount offered for time and inconvenience caused . Don’t bother buying anything from there try Argos or others
Update on my original review 17/06/2025. Curry’s social media reached out to me, and did nothing to help in getting back the ?49 owed back to me. Worse company ever and lost a long time loyal customer. Charge back claim started with my bank and sharing my story with Curry’s to my local newspaper
I didn’t like being leapt upon by the Dyson lady while looking at other makes of vacuum cleaner. We didn’t want Dyson after a bad experience with the last one. She also told us that one particular Dyson was the lightest vacuum cleaner but there were at least two other brands that were lighter. After we got rid of her the service was excellent as was the Samsung cleaner.
