Review Time
Brought a smart beko American fridge freezer and when it was delivered had a issue with it as the freezer was working but the fridge wasn't, so the product was faulty. Went down to Curry's as we had a 5 year care plan on it and Christine sorted it out straight away, we will be getting a replacement within 2 days. Christine is fantastic and not only did we get it at a very good price, but she sorted it out when it was faulty. She makes sure the customer is always happy and she is a asset to Currys as they are very lucky to have her.
Unbelievably bad service.Ordered an item to click and collect. Had an order confirmation email with instructions to wait for another email letting me know when I can collect the item. Fair enough.2 days later and no email so contacted Currys via live chat. A very painful experience, advisor made up absolute nonsense about "funds being stuck". Head in hands stuff, no attempt to just find out if I can go and collect my item. Advisor then cut off the chat when I asked to complain.Awful, awful experience.
