I was unable to tag photos with gps co-ordinates from a gpx file in Lightroom. I tried to find out how to contact support, but found out to my astonishment that there is none. Just a community forum, which doesn't help when there is a bug. It's incredible that even though I have paid thousands of pounds to Adobe over they years, when I need support there is absolutely none.

Dane buying from US.Amazon was unable to deliver, so Shipito to the rescue - honestly i was not expecting anything going in besides issues and possibly eve ngettign scammed.I gotta say though it was super easy and the service was as it should be and the process was really fast.The only complaint is US to DK shipping costs which was ~90 USD followed by another ~40 USD not including taxes for "handling" of taxes and import.Let me add that shipping to Shipito and from Shipito to DK beat Amazon on time even with Amazon having an 8-day lead. Though Amazons shipping is 1/10th the cost.

As a small company I'm sure they are working hard but if they don't sort out their customer service they won't be in business very much longer.

They are crooks! This website should be closed and they should be banned and fined and force to pay people that they robbed.I never added a year subscription to any of my purchases, and they have automatically signed me up for a year subscription with a $150 dollar charge. I tried emailing and they are so difficult to get contact as they're direct you to a web page that says if you don't cancel within a trial period, they would charge you. I even mentioned that I never purchased their premium plus pack and they don't give a damn because they literally scam people to get money. I really think they should be fined and sued as this is pure criminality behind this and there is no consumer protection rights
