Overall I'm very happy with the service provided by Leicester clinic staff, they're very helpful and friendly. Im not so happy about the surgery appointment which been changed last minute, and I was told The surgeon will be the same person but it was not the same surgeon who doing the surgery on the day of my treatment. I am pleased with Dr Kazmi and his clinical staff, I feel the reception staff at Nottingham need more training handling inquiries when the appointment is been cancelled and make sure patients like me feel comfortable rather than feeling anxious. The reception staff wasn't happy answering questions and was rude. Overall experience is with Optical Express is good and specially with Leicester staff and surgery team.
First, the staff were all friendly and also the clinic had a very nice atmosphere. Secondly, they spent long time explaining how the operation would work.
Amazing experience at the st enochs store, all staff were extremely friends and Shona did my test she was extremely nice and helpful thought out my time here.
Very good experience at Optical Express. Well looked after, especially Shezna who was fantastic. Surgery went well despite being somewhat delayed.

All I wanted to do was reschedule my appointment. I rang them, but they could not guarantee I would not be charged a ?50 for rescheduling...I do understand that companies need some backup, but I wasn't cancelling, and things do crop up in life where one has to change! I was told they would email HR, and then they would decide whether my reason was valid. I was not prepared to take that risk, so I will go to the appointment but will not take any treatment from them. So ultimately, I will be wasting their and my own time..just poor customer service, especially when we are talking about thousands of pounds worth of potential treatment! AND on answer to their reply. I DID contact you by phoning as stated in my review if you read it through it! I repet we ate now in a position where I am going to becwasting your abd my own time as well as having to cancel my son's Doctors appointment which was the reason I needed to rearrange. This was explained to you over the phone!...THEN AFTER I ATTENDED THE APPOINTMENT I HAVE JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL AND TEXT STATING I HAVE NOT ATTENDED....HOW ANYONE TRUSTS YOU WITH THEIR EYES WHEN YOU CANT GET BASICS RIGHT IS BEYOND ME...

The staff at the Winckley Square branch of Optical Express in Preston have always been friendly, polite and highly professional. You feel reassured that the health of your eyes is being thoroughly checked and your eyesight carefully monitored. They answer any questions or concerns and give helpful advice. Also, it's easy to park at the Avenham car parks (turn left off the A6 London Road before you get to the town centre) and walk 2 streets (2 minutes). The open car park (you need cash on returning) being easy and convenient. Winckley Square itself also has a gardens in the middle and some fine buildings.
I have been waiting to have this surgery for years once my prescription settled. I had LASEK at the Nottingham clinic. The staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend the procedure as my vision has improved greatly. Just be prepared for the first few days after LASEK to be difficult.
I visited St Enocha€™s store today and was seen by Shona and Yvonne who were both professional and very helpful.
