I had a consultation at Optical Express in Bournemouth. Muhammad was helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions patiently. The whole team was friendly and professional. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I felt well looked after. The consultation lasted around two hours.Ia€™m now in the process of deciding when to book the lens replacement procedure. Ita€™s a bit scary, but Ia€™m excited about the idea of getting rid of my glasses!

The staff at St Albans especially Sue and Jack are exemplary, would highly recommend anyone wanting IOLa€™s or LASIK to visit them for a fist class service from beginning to end.Errol

This is life changing to me ok ye it's expensive but they offer you a pay mouthy plan which there for changed my life and I can do the job I love Thank you to Victoria and Scott and surgeon Dc kiss for helping me through the surgery and makeing me very comfortable I would strongly recommend lacer eye surgery

Had initial consultation in Leicester. They gave a very detailed examination and confidence to have the surgery. Had surgery in Nottingham and found the treatment very professional

Ia€™ve only had my initial consultation so far (Leeds), but my first experience with the clinic was extremely positive. From the outset, the team came across as highly professional and reassuring. I was looked after by Qadeer, who was efficient, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease, giving me confidence in the process. I initially went to discuss laser eye surgery, but after speaking with Qadeer decided lens replacement was a better solution for me. Qadeer was very helpful with going through the various payment options. Ia€™m looking forward to continuing with my treatment.

I'll start with the down side. My appointment was 12.30 but surgery did not start until 6pm so quite a significant wait. I don't want to put anyone off with this but just to say have a back up plan in place for your lift home if needed.Throughout the entire experience I feel I was well looked after. The staff did everything the could especially when the surgery was delayed on the day ensuring we were all fed and watered.I write this review 4 days after the surgery and I am delighted with the outcome. I am still a little conscious of the incision points but the "scratchy" sensation disappeared after about 24 hours. I just keep applying the drops as instructed and get on with the day as normal. I would definitely recommend the procedure which proved to be pain free.

I went for an appointment at the Cambridge branch, the time keeping is so bad,over 2 hours later was still waiting.This wasn't my first visit here and the same thing happened again before?Requested to rebook the receptionist seem to take another 20 minutes to find an appointment i chose to call their call centre cause this was again taking time. Completely unprofessional when I requested a appointment rebook. Beware visiting will take most of your day here
