I went for an appointment the time

I went for an appointment at the Cambridge branch, the time keeping is so bad,over 2 hours later was still waiting.This wasn't my first visit here and the same thing happened again before?Requested to rebook the receptionist seem to take another 20 minutes to find an appointment i chose to call their call centre cause this was again taking time. Completely unprofessional when I requested a appointment rebook. Beware visiting will take most of your day here
