a€‹I cannot fault my experience with Optical Express. They were very good from start to finish. From my initial consultation with Heather at the Maidstone branch, I felt entirely at ease. Like many, I was apprehensive about the LASIK procedure, but Heather's comprehensive explanation of what to expect was incredibly reassuring. The surgery itself, performed by Mr. Mohammad Ghassan Ayoubi, was also a very positive experience; he was both friendly and reassuring.The operation was pain-free and lasted approximately 20 minutes. Afterward, my eyes felt uncomfortable and sore, similar to wearing contact lenses for too long, but it was not unbearable. Within three to four days, I was completely free of discomfort. I would highly recommend anyone considering laser eye surgery not to be deterred by this minor inconvenience, as the results are truly amazing. My vision is now better than it ever was with glasses or contact lenses.

I had pre surgery eye exams at the Milton Keynes centre, the staff were all amazing! They are so friendly and helpful. It has put my mind at ease about the surgery. Sasha was so lovely and friendly. I was very nervous beforehand but she made be feel calm straight away.
