This is the first time I've had such an issue with accessibility through Ticketmaster it was horrendous for this performance once in was wonderful the Venue was fine the accessible team within the Venue was fine black Fields was great but the build-up to it there was no accessible stuff sent to me I requested to know about parking numerous times was told there wasn't any disabled parking at the venue when we get there there is disabled parking at the venue by the accessible entrance but we couldn't get there because they shut the roads I had a major panic attack while driving through Cardiff because I didn't know where I was going the people in the other jackets didn't seem to have a clue where to send me we ended up having to part miles away and although I had an ambient ticket I had to bring my mobility scooter because I'd never have got from the car to the venue but it caused a lot off upset when you suffer with disabilities and anxiety the non-communication before the event especially when I had been requesting information and told falsely that there was no where to park for accessible customers is this graceful and really put a tinge on my experience seeing Slayer who I've waited many years to see but like I said within the access team once in the venue they were fantastic I didn't use the platform so I can't speak about that but everything else was amazing it was just the getting there and the anxiety beforehand with no one talking to me and when I did request information I was just sent in circles about needing a parking space for my scooter which wasn't the case but couldn't speak to anyone to discuss this had no contact number for black-wear fields in Cardiff so sad and to be driving around a place you don't know in tears and not being able to breathe was scary and my PA did his best to keep me calm please get this fixed in the future communication through Ticketmaster for venues and events needs to be made more clearly and we need to actually speak to a person not go through this texting robotic especially when you have communicational issues where you need to speak to people
Absolutely delighted to be able to see my favourite band. Had decent seats on lower tier, block 125, however, bring a LPU member, I was annoyed with Ticketmaster when it blocked me as a "bot" because the site crashed on my phone when it come to pay so I switched to my laptop, then it blocked me. I eventually got back on later in the day via the LPU site. That was my only gripe. Lp exceeded my expectations with a great mix of the old and new stuff. Emily was way more integrated as a band member than when I saw them last year in the O2. Roll on their next tour - i'll be there
Having been to the Utilita many times knowing where we were seated not being allowed in our respective door. Sent for a walk around the entire arena. Platinum tickets described as champagne on arrival with private bar facilities. Not so. We have done many packages and this seemed to be wrongly advertised. Very disappointed and will not be rushing back to use you.
Sold 4 seats for '? ?180 and all were restricted viewing. Despite not been advertised as. The rear of section 123 from rows 40 (rows 36 once everyone stands up) are all restricted viewing due to a camera platform obstructing the top half of the stage/screen. If it would let me post a photo I would!
Our seats were changed, we were told we would get seats with similar or better view we were handed tickets by the staff after waiting almost half an hour to be seated the staff tried to handle the situation however it was a shambles, we were supposed to be in block 1 and were given block 15 tickets, we requested seats a few rows up originally so we wouldn'? ? ?t have restricted view the ones we were given in block 15 were first row and everyone kept walking past and standing in front which ruined the experience, this was supposed to be for my mums 60th birthday she has sight impairments so sitting us further away just ruined it we paid almost '? ?125 per ticket to be given seats that were shown on the ticket to be '? ?86 is just not acceptable
Concert was fine, but the facilities at the venue were very poor, and the pre-event information very misleading. It stated "We'? ? ?ll have a great selection of food vendors and bars available to serve you throughout the night" This was far from correct. A VERY small number of vendors. If I had known I would have eaten before arrival.
