Beware Chelmsford Race Course Concerts.

The concert itself was great, but everything else was shockingly disorganised. The prepaid car park was such a long way from the entrance that it felt like we were doing a sponsored walk. The staff on site were untrained, with many not speaking English. It took over an hour and a half to get into the badly signposted car park, but over 3 hours to get home.and we live 15 minutes away. The organisation, or lack of it, spoilt a very expensive evening!!

Unable to go to event

Unable to go to event, but a friend could go instead. Unable to transfer the ticket to him so contacted customer services who were no help at all, so ticket was wasted. I expect a full refund.

Great bands some great trash legends

Great bands some great thrash legends '? ? ? ? was surprised some only had very short set. Cardiff start time a lot later then the London one upcoming.

The layout of the venue was brilliant

The layout of the venue was brilliant, with plenty of food and drink vendors. Staff very helpful in the most. I lost my phone and the welfare staff were very helpful in getting it back. Only complaint was when I lost my phone I pleaded with the Amex staff to give me a water bottle for my daughter and I explained I lost my phone, but they didn'? ? ?t entertain me at all so my little girl was disappointed.

The event was cancelled due to bad

The event was cancelled due to bad weather and there has been zero communication from Ticketmaster. Even now, the next day, absolutely nothing.
