VIP experience was not particularly exclusive. Queues for loos, some of which were out of order. Queues for drinks and food and the '? ? ?gourmet '? ? ? food was pizza, burger and chips and fried chicken! Thankfully Stereophonics were brilliant
We purchased vip tickets for a family of four, as a treat for the children - total cost '? ?600. Once we got into the area, there wasn'? ? ?t anywhere to sit despite lots of space for more tables / chairs, had to sit on floor and food was super expensive. Stereophonics were brilliant and if rating the band it would be 5 stars, but the VIP experience was over priced for what was on offer. We spent a small fortune and request some form of compensation for this
Worst concert experience I have ever had. Unable to get in the car park for 2 hours then no WiFi, no reception in general, long queues, poor facilities and then a nice 3 hour wait in the car park getting home. I would demand a refund but I know my complaint-along with the hundreds and maybe thousands of others that will be made-will fall on deaf ears. Will never attend a concert at Chelmsford again
Stevie Wonder was amazing, the access to the stage was great The food options were really limited for vegetarians - chips or Kentucky mushrooms is poor.The vip admission line was an embarrassment, queuing for 45 more that a none vip queue was horrendous and should not have happened. That meant we missed food.
Never never buy a ticket from Ticketmaster because If for some reason you can not attend they will be extremely cold and uncompromising with regards to refunding you anything.They are a cutthroat business that is happy to overcharge. Other ticket outlets are known to have far more compassion and understanding when it comes to unforseen circumstances. Pretty much any outlet not affiliated with Ticketmaster will be a safer bet when it comes to buying tickets.
The event was very badly organised, it took us 3 hours to get to in the pre paid parking area and when the event finished it took 2.5 hours to get out the car park!!! We had to pay nearly '? ?20 to park in the Standard parking area at the venue.We missed all the support acts because of this. The tickets & parking were very expensive & I don't feel I got the experience I paid for.
Not good value for money as issues at the venue chelmsford city racecourse with the amount of people and logistic issues. Huge queues on roads and for toilets and drinks! Spoilt the event. Cuffe & taylor need to ensure better organised.
