Event was overpriced. Upgraded to VIP. Premium viewing area was not as good as main area. Billed as Justin Timberlake but only on for 1.5 hours at Chelmsford Live. Took 2 hours to get out of VIP parking. Very disorganised event. No information about timings, parking beforehand. Tickets only released 3 days before.
I resold my tickets on the Ticketmaster website. I received an email saying my payment was on its way & I would receive it within 5 working days. I didn't receive the payment so contacted customer services. They responded with an email saying my issue had been resolved (which it hadn't) & no reply as to where my payment was. I am now in the process of claiming it back through my card provider. I shouldn't have had to do this but for some reason Tickmaster are withholding my payment & customer services are avoiding answering why.
Can'? ? ?t fault Ticketmaster. Tickets easy to purchase and navigate the system. Plenty of email updates etc. Wembley however is a shocking venue. Sat in 2nd tier, club Wembley, around halfway line area. Sound was appalling. Speakers aimed straightforward so the speakers in the standing area didn'? ? ?t fire any sound at us, had to rely on what was coming from the stage. Really spoilt the whole show. Not Ticketmaster fault but this needs to improved by Wembley and Ticketmaster need to influence this
Resale is not working efficiently , i could not attend a concert so i put my ticket up for resale on ticketmaster their policy is that if your ticket is resold by them you will not get more money than you a tually paid for the ticket , fair enough i say , another policy is that they will pay you direct to the bank account you have recorded on their website within 17 working days which is , given that working days are generally accepted as mon-fri , a total of 3 weeks and two days, so 23 days , i did in fact get an email from them to that effect however In my case the 23 days came and went and no payment was received so i logged on to my ticketmaster account but could only give my complaint via a chat bot , i gave it my story and it said payment would be made within 30 days , i knew this was wrong and told it the bot then said an agent would email me within 24 hours , the 24 hours came and went with no contact from ticketmaster at all so i decided to double check the 17 days thing , i went and read their terms and conditions and it really does say 17 working days so i went back on my ticketmaster account and chat bot again giving my story and this time it said again that an agent would contact me within 24 hours.What a carry on , they sold my ticket 5th june 2025 its now 1st july 2025 its poor poor service hanging on to my money for so long , its automated and should be paid to my the day after they sell my ticket because they will for certain have already been paid by the new owner of the ticket
This was our first visit to this festival, we thought the headliners and other groups were great. What should have been a great experience was really marred by the chaos of the crowds in the main field. It took ages to get out which had a real impact on seeing other acts.There were too many people, far too many chairs and blankets. The stewards did nothing to control people coming in/going out and everyone found it so difficult to move. The walkways weren't kept clear of chairs and at times it was bedlam.The fairground rides were a nuisance in the middle of the various areas. There were so many people in the main field during one act that people were actually behind the big wheel, making it difficult to see. These rides also played loud music which could conflict with music on some stages. What should have been a time was spoilt by poor organisation. Unless I find out that things improve I won't be back.
Travelled up to Lytham Festival for it to be cancelled last minute due to adverse weather conditions. This I completely understand as everyone's safety is priority however, I received no notification from Ticketmaster that the festival had been cancelled, though I was notified with change of timings (we had to Google to check & by word of mouth from others) I am still waiting to hear from Ticketmaster regarding the refund policy as stated by Lytham Festival themselves that you'll be in contact shortly.
