Although my Samsung Galaxy phone (with Samsung Wallet) doesn'? ? ?t allow me to download passes to Google Wallet, I had no problems accessing the site using my online tickets. The pre-event communication from Ticketmaster was spot on as was the ordering and ticket selection. Great service from a trusted supplier.
No support act or notification of no support before the event. Mutliple sources stated that the show began at 7.30 with support but it didnt. Only when Olivia came on at 8.20pm. The food and drink prices are crazy at Coop live considering they use their oen food too.
Absolute nightmare! No organisation, the worst venue I have ever attended or not as it was! Pre-paid parking and they were turning cars away, no where to park car, cars were parked everywhere on road verges and had to go home! I have already messaged you for my money back.
Justin Timberlake was very good so feel mean for the one star but the venue Chelmsford City Racecourse was so unorganised and couldn'? ? ?t cope with a big star headlining. It took us over 4hrs to get there which is a 30/45min journey and 2 1/2 hours to get home. We missed beginning of Justin set and supporting artists before him due to lack of organising, poor lighting, no signs or marshals giving advice how to get out of car park,
Bought a ticket for guns & roses 23rd June, added Allianz insurance, thought it was lucky I had done as on the 23rd June I was taken to hospital with multiple blood clots in my legs after the week before losing a family member. I was kept in hospital until 1pm and returned to my home town for 2.20 so was then impossible to do a 4 hour train journey in time for the event at 4pm. I provided all hospital documents to Allianz insurance and was told I needed ticketmaster to give me confirmation I hadn'? ? ?t scanned my ticket. I have been attempting to contact them for 7 days and they do not respond. This seems like they just don'? ? ?t want to send refunds when people aren'? ? ?t able to attend, even when they have insurance! I would look at buying tickets elsewhere
Ticketmaster has been very helpfull all the way before and during our journey. Experience was smooth and easy thanks to all the infos, reminders and instructions given in advance and on the day of the event to help us. Plus the app is super easy to use to collect and use your tickets at the gates. So yeah biblical
Really awfulReally really awful! We have had @Alanis Morissette tickets on resale for over 6 weeks and when you search it says - no tickets available - what a con! They are for today at Lytham Festival Fri, 4 Jul 2025 at 17:00 Lytham Green, Lancashire, VIP Garden Day Ticket '? ?135 each ticket. On resale at ticketmaster '? ?20 cheaper each ticket but TICKET MASTER DID NOT LIST THEM
