We purchased seats on the day they

We purchased seats on the day they went on sale but the seats were too high in the stadium and screens were not visible My Grandaughter had to sit on the steps to get a decent view. The cost was over '? ?180 each so not value for money

The concert and facilities were top

The concert and facilities were top dollar , the parking and getting out on the other hand - absolute carnage , this needs fixing before next year .

Cancelled at the last minute

This concert was cancelled by Ticketmaster yesterday due to dangerous weather conditions. I am awaiting a refund for the tickets and carparking.Tbh, it's a bit rubbish to be asked how it was when you cancelled it.It was nonexistent.

Terrible time retrieving tickets

Terrible time retrieving car park tickets and event tickets even though we used the Ticketmaster app. Surely there should be a default download of any tickets prior to the event. WiFi was very poor around the event site so huge queues built up going into the car park.

Ticketmaster UK was outstanding for the

Ticketmaster UK was outstanding for the Lana Del Rey concert at Wembley on the 4th. Emails prior advising to down load the tickets before you arrive and the does and do not for entry to the stadium.

The event was cancelled

The event was cancelled, no notification from the event organisers or Ticketmaster. No email from ticketmaster re: refund process etc. bad communication all round to be fair.

Queen tribute at Trentham Live

Booked tickets for QE2 (Queen tribute band) through Ticketmaster for the Trentham date. Lots of information sent by email beforehand, some useful and some not. I wish Trentham would decide whether to allow umbrellas or not, and be stricter about where people vape! However, QE2 were brilliant and we had a great time, despite the weather!

Incredibly long waiting times and then

Incredibly long waiting times and then when finally got through the tickets were priced at way more than had been advertised. Then also given a very small amount of time to decide if we wish to proceed, considering the inflated price, and make the payment.

Problem after problem.

Problem after problem.Having spent over '? ?600 on tickets as a gift for my friend, Ticketmaster won'? ? ?t allow them to have access to their tickets, I can only get them on my phone. I'? ? ?m not going. They'? ? ?re a gift.
