We were not presented with an option to download tickets so had to get the tickets up on the ticketmaster website site. The signal disappeared and so did the tickets. Ticketmaster staff on site tried hard to help and eventually gave us paper tickets....about 2 hours of stress later. We missed both support bands and ,despite getting there early, ended up standing at the back with dozens of other people who had the same problem. Worst concert experience I can remember. Good job Alanis Morrisette was so good.
Chelmsford City Live - Shuttle service and access to the venue was poorly organised and the roads/infrastructure could not cope with the number of ticketholders. The frequency of shuttle buses from Chelmsford station needed to be increased as the number of people increased. Our shuttle was stationary for over an hour and a number of people including my party, left the bus and walked 2 miles to get to the venue so I think refunds should be issued as the shuttle bus service was already overpriced. Upon arriving at the event, circa 2 hours later than planned, we were disappointed by the VIP village having had all seating removed and there was a complete lack of bins, so rubbish was being left everywhere. Jess Glynne and JT were fantastic but to avoid the carnage of travel once again, we felt we had no choice but to leave early to avoid the crowds and traffic which turned out to be a wise decision as I had friends stuck at the venue for many hours unable to leave by shuttle bus or car. On the journey back to Chelmsford station, the bus got lost and had to be directed by passengers. Overall a very poor venue with next to no organisation. Would not attend again.
Venue was changed from Cardiff Castle. Queues entering were ridiculous, mainly due to people not downloading tickets. Instead of steward asking them to step aside, we were all stuck for 15 minutes waiting...unnecessary. Toilet queues were huge, queuing 20 mins. Toilets were not refilled with toilet paper during the evening. Two occasions, no Toilet paper! Sound system was rubbish, out of sync and no speakers towards the back so lacked atmosphere.
everything! i loved seeing lana on live, it was seriously a dream came true, i still can'? ? ?t believe it, i loved how she added new songs on the setlist, her look, her voice, her opener, her interactions with fans ohh everything was on point, her merch was a bit too expensive but the quality is good, also the entrance to the stadium was pretty easy, the worst part was getting out of the wembley after the concert but it was such a fun experience, she gave london her best show!
