Review Time
Concert was great. The ticket situation is poor. I understand the need to prevent touting, but as the person who buy the tickets for my wife and friends, I can give them their ticket until the very last moment. And even worse this time, I could not send them a copy. I understand the app abilities, but they don'? ? ?t have the app. Surlwy there must be a way I can WhatsApp tickets to my friends, as we are dependant on me being on time and my phone working. Previously I could have sent tickets to my friends so we had redundancy.
Your dynamic pricing strategy is beyond abhorrent. You should be shut down off the back of the ticket sale fiasco. Ripping off hard working fans, rinsing them for every single penny, how is this even legal? This is not a review of the concert, which was incredible. This is a review of Ticketmaster. Absolutely disgusting company!
The gig was great, very well organised, staging was great, fantastic show and a very memorable evening.One star is given for dropping the ticket price to '? ?50 and then '? ?20.A big kick in the guts to people like myself who had paid full price when tickets first went on sale. Not impressed !
Ridiculous pricing of food in the venue. '? ?11 for a Naan with salad! First aid disgraceful, a young lad passed out and it took more than 10 minutes for any medical staff to attend even though they were less than 50m away. It wasn'? ? ?t that crowded so no excuse. A smoking area should have been provided so that non-smokers don'? ? ?t have to inhale! All in all pretty poor
Easy to purchase tickets on this occasion but moved us to different seats without any consultation. Just got email saying the space was required for something else outwith Ticketmaster control. Alternative seats offered were not even close to our chosen location but were OK.Ticketmaster - you really need to do better in situations like this eg offer more than 1 alternative and/or a refund.
The show was amazing, but the parking was very badly organised to the point of being unsafe! I don'? ? ?t know who the security or parking contractor were, but they didn'? ? ?t allow us to park in the correct area which was Blue and they allows people to park who hadn'? ? ?t paid. There were no clear sign posts from the car park walking to the actual venue then in the pitch black at night we were not allowed to walk back the way we came losing our bearings and taking us half an hour to find our vehicle, it was atrocious and dangerous.
