How did we do - lol paid 3x more for a ticket because you called me a bot and couldnt book tickets when they came out through a fair system. Then never got reinvited to any ballot. People that did get tickets you inflated the prices. Ticketmaster are shit and someone else needs to come around and do this properly and wipe your market share.

VIP, your having a laugh!

We purchased premier vip tickets for the Duran Duran gig at Chelmsford 5th July. Could not believ the "lack of experience" we received, and we have had plenty excellent experiences at the level of ticket. No seating in the premier Vilage at all!!!!!! ....I really wish I could share the advert for the Premier Village for Chelmsford.....and what we actually got, not a seat or sofa anywhere,no waiter service. We paid an additional '? ?120 to STAND in a big tent......whats even more of a joke, they staye you can not bring chairs in, so it would be safe to assume there would be seating.....even worse I am a blue badge holder and still there was no where to sot in the premier village....just a total joke, don't waste your money on this rip off experience.

I attended this once in a lifetime

I attended this once in a lifetime concert to see one of my all time favourite Rock bands.Paying '? ?170 for a good seat.Guns'n Roses were amazing.The evening wasnt as good as i was expecting, people going to the bar whilst the band were performing their classic hits, and coming back to sit down, drinking excessively.Even a guy behind me whacking my ear accidently, because he was so drunk.An idea of allowing people who dont drink in their own section of arenas, and leaving the alcohol drinkers in their own drunken area should be an option.But, at the end of the day, money is everything to these arenas.

The seats had a full obstructed view

The seats had a full obstructed view for my 11 year old daughter and myself. When we me mentioned to a steward we couldn'? ? ?t see a thing they advised to complain to ticketmaster. She cried most of the night as she couldnt even see the big screen as we was on the very back row. Absolute disaster of a night.

Really disappointing event

Really disappointing event, was scheduled for Cardiff Castle but then moved to new venue "Blackweir Fields" without option to cancel only resell, event was heaving, queues for toilets cross crossing across field, couldnt get anywhere near towards the stage itself, views blocked with fast food vans and queues for the bar, we ended up leaving early as we couldnt see or even hear Alanis clearly we were so far away.Venue changed just to sell more tickets.New venue complete opposite to what we wanted - the historic and intimate castle setting was replaced by a heaving field which appeared under staffed and over sold.Do better.

Took us right back to the 80s

What an absolute fabulous night, great performances me and my wife enjoyed it so much.It was also great to see them again after a such a long time when in 1982 I went to see them at the Derby Assembly roomsa long time ago!

It took a while for me to receive

It took a while for me to receive tickets as they didn't come up in my app till a couple of days before event .Then it took ages to show them on my phone ,all very stressful

Venue open time complain

There was conflicting information between tickets and information sent regarding opening/ starting times so I opened I chat query on the app. I was told by Jay on chat ticket on Jun 25, 2025, 18:33 UTC that '? ? ?Upon checking, the doors open of this event is 7:00 pm, the start of the event will be 1 hour after the doors open'? ? ?. We were not happy to arrive around 8pm at the venue to find out that GnR started at 7pm and we missed a whole hour of concert.Ticketmaster needs to be more consistent with the information available to ticket holders, emails sent and staff in chat line. We missed a third of the concert and considering tickets are not cheap it quite a lot. To some of my party it was their first concert and they were very disappointed.
