Restricted View.

Restricted View.We paid a lot of money for our tickets to see Linkin Park but a large part of our view was obscurred by a huge 'light fitting' (I'm not sure what they're called) which meant we couldn't see the runway or a good part of the stage. I know there were large screens there, but I prefer to watch the 'real thing'. At NO POINT during the ticket purchase process did it mention 'restricted view'! I'm very dissapointed.

No email informing of cancelled gig

Sending an email the day after a gig that was cancelled (and we only found out as we arrived at the venue as no email informing of the cancelled gig was sent) asking us to rate the experience?Do better.

The festival was cancelled

The festival was cancelled. We only found out just as we had arrived and the next morning we get an email asking us if we enjoyed Alanis Morissette'? ? ? ? We were hoping for a refund email as we had bought the ticket insurance.

a nightmare

It is always a nightmare using ticketmaster. Tried to get tickets on phone - kept saying you need to download new app - kept downlaoding new app and kept coming up with same error message. There is no contact number to talk to someone to resolve the issue. You simply get a pre-written response form their "contact chat" which doesn't solve the problem. Took more than an hour to download tickets on app

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

The Good; There were plenty of food vendors. The weather was gorgeous. The stage was set up to have the sun going down behind it, like others do. It is quite picturesque. Prices for food, drink and merchandise were as expected for such an event. Good selection of merchandise. All 3 support acts were women with great voices, and all were enjoyable. Morisette was great, just as we hoped. The Bad; It is insane to make the accessible entrance the furthest one from the city, when parking is limited, and people are either walking in, or using their mobility scooters/chairs. Everyone was complaining about how exhausting it was. There was a concrete ramp, so building a fake bridge there was a choice I don't understand. It didn't feel as stable underfoot, though it did hold up OK. You also felt like you could easily slip on it.The ugly; Moving the venue from the castle, amd not compensating anyone who booked tickets under those terms. As an accessible customer, you asked me to fill out a form for the new venue. I made my comments well known there, but there was no response or action. Generous people would say the move gave more people the chance to see her. But in reality it was about making more money, when all the available tickets sold out for the castle. Being within the walls of a Welsh castle, when we were married in one, and this was a 20th Wedding Anniversary gift. Listening to Ironic, when it rained on our wedding day. It couldn't have been more significant. It was still an emotional day. But it wasn't the same. We asked the first security person shoeing us to the platform about standing. Whether we could, where, etc. She told us it would be no problem to stand anywhere up there. We were surprised, as so many seated people, didn't want to block anyone seeing. But it was our song. She reassured us. We didn't need to move off the platform, or go anywhere specific. Because we are thoughtful, we went to the gap in the aisle. But after the first verse, we're approached by security, told we had to move to the back or the side. Tried to say we had asked. It didn't matter. So we moved. Another came and said we couldn't stay where we were. Then a third. Talk about bullying, harassing. Misinformation from your security. And whilst we were dealing with your lot, you totally ruined our song. "SORRY" really isn't going to comenpensate us for something that we can't get back. All security giving the same information from the start would have avoided all of that - not that it was all necessary. We stood for one song. It was totally and utterly over the top. Particularly having asked first.

Easy transfer of tickets from the buyer

Easy transfer of tickets from the buyer to me (a gift).I bought a pre paid parking ticket through Ticketmaster - I was disappointed to find that this was never checked at the venue and it was not good value for money : it took 2 hours to exit the field and there were no staff directing traffic flow. A disappointing end to a great concert
