One of the best Gigs I have witnessed from start to finish, all 3 acts were amazing. Chic was mind blowing and Duran Duran were out of this world '? ? ? ?

Too complicated

The process of buying tickets, BTS and going to other websites far too complicated especially if you are buying for a group! Just put the tickets in the Ticketmaster app! This complication is not good enough.

Shambles

The general parking was not suitable for the venue. Not enough car parking attendants and entry & exits not suitable for the amount of cars. 3 hours to get out of a car park is really not acceptable. On leaving venue, no barriers had been moved and the contraband that had been confiscated hadn'? ? ?t been cleared away. Bottles, broken glass etc dangerously piled up over the floor and 1000 of people trying to squeeze through and over it as couldn'? ? ?t see it was there until you we'? ? ?re actually treading on it.

No communication about the cancellation

No communication about the cancellation of the event, until 2.30pm the following afternoon.Received a text to inform of a change of times to schedule an hour before we arrived at the event, surely at this point the decision to cancel would have been made

I found out the gig was cancelled when

I found out the gig was cancelled when I arrived! Poor communication not one email from Ticketmaster to notify me and then send an email asking how was the gig the next day! No communication on my refund. Understand things happen out of their control and it was cancelled but the lack of communication is shocking

Disgusting behaviour

Changed specific seats we'? ? ?d purchased 24 hours before the gig, disgusting behaviour. We paid '? ?205 for our tickets and everyone sitting where we were paid '? ?80-120. I hope the regulator come down on them like a tonne of bricks.

Cancelled event and not informed

Event was cancelled and ticket holders were not I informed until after they arrived at the venue!!! Wasted journey, awful communication and absolutely no preparation for weather!! Took time off work to travel, wasted fuel and precious time. The event organisers should have made the call a lot sooner if this was down to the weatherit called a forecast!

NOT a disabled friendly company

I was unable to get an accesibility ticket despite being registered with yourselves and having an access code. This was very upsetting as it isn'? ? ?t the first time it has happened. I'? ? ?m ambulant disabled but need a carer with me, it a disgrace that there were no tickets for an event where you take your own seat and is held in a field!!! How on earth can you do this to a disabled person????It so upsetting to have been treated this way by such a big company.I did attend the event with 5 friends.It was okay, nothing too exciting the act were pretty amateur with fake Swedish accents which we found pretty amusing.It a good job I was with my friends as that was the highlight of the eventAs I have taken the time to leave a constructive review I WOULD like a response.As I have tried to book ambulant access & carer tickets for Halloween Duran Duran with yourselves. Once again no accessible tickets left!! I am not a wheelchair user, but do need assistance. I have done what your company has asked and filled in the forms. Sent off my PIP letters ~ waste of my time as I can never get tickets. Another company I use a lot for tickets ATG it is so easy. I enter my code on their website and look for tickets, I'? ? ?m able to sig anywhere with them at no extra charge for my carer. It so simple. Your system is flawed and I would be so bold to say this is certainly discrimination as it has upset me deeply. I need 2 seats in a venue 1 for me and 1 for my carer. I am able to do a few stairs so really can sit anywhere ( within my capabilities) in a theatre or an arena, but there is nothing on offer!!I will await a personal response as do not feel a standard one will be sufficient
